GED Math
GED Math คือ ข้อสอบรายวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ (Mathematical Reasoning) ของการสอบ GED โดยจะเป็นข้อสอบวัดระดับความรู้ทางคณิตศาสตร์ การใช้งานตรรกะและการคิดคำนวณ กำหนดเวลาการสอบ 115 นาที มีคะแนนเต็มทั้งหมด 200 คะแนน โดยกำหนดเกณฑ์คะแนนขั้นต่ำอยู่ที่ 145 คะแนนขึ้นไป
โจทย์ของข้อสอบ GED Math เป็นภาษาอังกฤษทั้งหมด ลักษณะข้อสอบจะมีทั้งหมด 7 รูปแบบ ดังนี้
1. แบบเลือกตอบ (Choice)
โจทย์ประเภทนี้จะเป็นรูปแบบข้อสอบที่พบได้บ่อยที่สุด ผู้สอบจะต้องเลือกคำตอบที่ถูกต้องเพียง 1 เดียวจากตัวเลือกทั้งหมด
2. แบบเลือกตอบแบบหลายตัวเลือก (Multiple choice)
ข้อสอบในรูปแบบนี้จะมีคำตอบที่ถูกต้องมากกว่า 1 ข้อ โดยผู้ตอบจะต้องทำการเลือกคำตอบที่ถูกต้องทั้งหมด
3. แบบเติมคำในช่องว่าง (Fill in the blank)
ให้ผู้สอบพิมพ์คำตอบลงในช่องที่ระบุเอาไว้ คำตอบส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นตัวเลข แต่บางครั้งอาจเป็นข้อความหรือวลีสั้น ๆ ก็ได้
4. แบบลากวาง (Drag and drop)
คำถามประเภทนี้จะมีคำตอบแบบตัวเลือกที่ผู้สอบจะต้องลากคำตอบที่ถูกต้องไปวางลงในช่องคำตอบ โดยบางข้ออาจมีจุดที่ต้องตอบมากกว่า 1 ข้อ ผู้สอบจะต้องตอบให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง
5. แบบจับคู่ (Matching)
โจทย์รูปแบบนี้จะต้องจับคู่ข้อความหรือตัวเลขเข้าด้วยกัน โดยอาจเป็นคำถามแบบ True-False (จริง-เท็จ) ที่ผู้สอบจะต้องตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของโจทย์และตอบว่าข้อความนั้นเป็นจริงหรือเท็จ
6. แบบเติมคำตอบในตาราง (Table Entry)
ข้อสอบประเภทนี้มักเป็นตารางคำตอบที่มีสองคอลัมน์ โดยจะมีส่วนที่เว้นว่างไว้และให้ผู้สอบพิมพ์คำตอบลงในตารางที่ระบุเอาไว้
7. แบบพล็อตกราฟ (Hot Spot)
โจทย์รูปแบบนี้จะมีกราฟเปล่ามาให้ผู้สอบทำการพล็อตกราฟลงในชีทคำตอบ โดยโจทย์จะระบุจำนวนที่จะต้องตอบของข้อนั้น ๆ
